Guidelines to join Synet Family

Your primary focus should be to keep the clients and partners happy by completing the projects on time with the best quality.

• Age
  • The minimum age of applying to join Synet family is 20 years.
• Hours of Work
  • The normal hours of work will be from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. from Monday to Friday, both days inclusive, with a lunch break.
  • Working on Saturday will be at the discretion of the management. We reserve to ourselves the right to change these hours and/or days within the rules and regulations stipulated by the Law prevailing at the time to suit the exigencies of the business.
• Training
  • The employee may be subjected to a period of training in Sri Lanka or abroad if it is considered necessary by the Company. As SynetTechnologies always try to provide the best delivery experience to clients, training is considered as a very important tool to get the best out of the employees and it makes sure that the employee is matching the Synet standards. Our extensive training program of 3 months always ensured close to 100% quality product is delivered on any given project.

  • Casual Leave 07 days
  • Annual Leave 14 days
• Provident Fund and Trust Fund
  • You shall contribute 8% of your salary to the Employers Provident Fund and the Company will contribute 12% of your salary thereto. The Company will also contribute 3% of your salary to the Employees Trust Fund.
• Weekly and Statutory holidays
  • Your weekly and statutory holidays shall be in accordance with the Shop and Office Employees Act. Your weekly holidays and other statutory holidays will be notified to you by the management depending on the exigencies of service.

• Work Incentives

  • Incentives are those extra perks which add spice to the work we do and we are happy to offer work incentives to each employee on the basis of quality and quantity of work based on the project requirements. Each project may have Best Performer / Best Performer Runner Up / Best QC Team which help to raise your status in the organization as well as your growth. Sometimes the prizes may exceed your total monthly salary.
